FPD quality inspection tester Model FT8600 supports parallel measurements of several small size panels.
Parallel measurements are made possible by using several 4 Mega pixel cameras.

FPD quality inspection tester Model FT8700 supports the measurements of large size panels.
It possesses the ability to measure high-resolution panels ranging from VGA to WUXGA.

Model FT8600 and FT8700 systems are capable of saving all inspection images.
Thus, allows offline tests using those images even after the panels are been shipped.

By considering the number of optical devices and testing algorithm that best suits the measurement environment (production line, prototype evaluation, research), it is possible to design high cost performance and a fully customized system.
