April 1951 Established Minato Tsushinki Seisakusho in Minato-ku, Tokyo, to design and manufacture various electronic instruments and power supplies.
December 1956 Reorganized as a public company: Minato Tsushinki Co., Ltd.
April 1962 Established Takasaki Factory in Takasaki-shi, Gunma Prefecture.
February 1966 Developed company’s first IC tester, the Integrated Circuit Function Tester.
September 1966 Yokohama Factory established in Yokohama.
December 1968 Developed Memory Function Tester.
August 1972 Company name changed to Minato Electronics Inc.
May 1973 Developed Japan’s first Prom Programmer.
July 1980 Developed Memory Test System.
August 1981 Moved headquarters to Yokohama.
January 1984 Developed Virtual Server networking different models of PC through a LAN.
May 1984 Developed the optical touch sensor system Touch Data.

July 2015 Company name changed to Minato Holdings Inc.
January 2016 New ROM Programming Center was established.
March 2016 Minato (Shanghai) Co.,Ltd. started the operations.
April 2016 We acquired 100% ownership of SanMax Technologies Inc.
May 2016 Smart Response Inc. was established.
December 2016 Minato Financial Partners Inc. was established.
March 2017 We acquired 100% ownership of Japan Joint Solutions Co.,Ltd.
June 2017 Moved headquarters to Chuo-ku, Tokyo.
